Firm order. Advertisements are published against advance payment only. All rates are quoted exclusive of value-added tax (VAT). Payments made by cheque, bank transfer or credit card must be received by us not later than four weeks after invoicing – and by 1 February at the very latest in the case of bookings made in January 2012. You will be sent your invoice immediately after receipt of your order.
